I have to apologize for the sudden MIA act upon this blog! I've returned from a busy week saving for the dream trip next year. Weeeeee. I can finally show you guys the fun and trends happening over at MHQ! Note tons of sheer panelling, pattern clashing and the continuation of the b/w monochromatic goodness with colours in between. Lots of ash grey's and delicate woven materials. Now, let's talk about the show in general as we already know how aesthetically pleasing everything was. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with cute girls in bikinis serving gelato's and a graffiti opening of MHQ sprayed on a sheet of perspex. A sequence of girls getting their dominatrix struta-thon on in unison, as themes of the 90's, print on print and minimalism unravelled on to the catwalk. Breaking up the traditional farshan walk, male dancers begun the second half of the show with a flash mob (which you can watch here). It was truly an honour to be the official blogger of this amazing event and I highly suggest that you guys head over to Market HQ now to go see some of the amazing pieces I've showed you!
